Through The Shidduch Process!

Chanale had a professional career which included human resources, communication, negotiation and compromise management. Upon retirement she found that these skills were very useful for singles looking for their soulmates. 

She became aware that the nagging reality is that, for a great number of folks, the shidduch search can last a very long time.

Chanale found that there were shadchanim who worked on a grass-roots level, mostly locally, but that overwhelmingly, those shadchanim seviced the observant Jewish singles who were 18-25 years old and who had just returned from the yeshiva/seminary environment.

Chanale found herself in a different demographic entirely, and one that seemed to be growing exponentially, from day to day.  The impacted demographic in which she found herself, includes/included Jewish singles who were/are 26 years of age (or older) and still looking, or who were/are now divorced/widowed (with or without children), are balei teshuvah or descended of balei teshuva, are geyorim or descended of geyorim, or are differently-abled in some fashion. 

Chanale came to the painful realization that there existed only a handful of shadchanim who could service her and an extremely limited number of marriage-minded websites in which to involve herself. 

There was no shidduch coach available to assist impacted observant singles with regard to their attempts at navigating this difficult path.  The process of finding a shidduch is challenging enough, and it becomes even more difficult when the infrastructure and the resources are so lacking.

Chanale has been bringing her particular brand of insight into the plight of the observant single community for over 10 years, serving as both a shadchanit and as a shidduch coach and has realized considerable success in both arenas. 

Chanale has served as a shadchanit for many years on www.sawyouatsinai.com, servicing those observant Jewish singles aged 45 and above. 

She has also worked with L'Chaim, a coalition of shadchanim in Los Angeles.

She has organized shadchan fairs, speakers and has been involved in a number of social events for Jewish singles who are within this impacted demographic.

Chanale has been assisting observant Jewish singles in compiling shidduch resumes that work, that are truthful and complimentary, and that are designed to elicit positive responses.  She will critique any essay assignments, and assist in creating essays that work.  She will determine which photos to use and why.  

Chanale’s shidduch coaching is not intended as an alternative to interfacing directly with a shadchan or participating in a marriage-minded website, but instead, to partner with you, as you navigate this difficult path.

Having a coach in your corner can make all the difference in the world. Chanale has  been there and knows that the path can be time-consuming, frustrating and challenging.  Chanale wants to assist others. 

In her secular life, Chanale has served as both as a mediator and a negotiator.  It is that set of skills, combined with her unique sensitivity to the needs of the impacted observant Jewish singles that serves her so well when called upon to coach a single, or a couple, as they take their first steps into a shayech shidduch, and all the way to the chuppah.
